BizBytes Connect lets the software you already run — Busy, Tally, your CRM — send invoices, reminders and offers straight to WhatsApp. From your own number. Without anybody typing a number into a phone.
No card. Fourteen days and a hundred messages to try it on your own number. Already have a WhatsApp Business API account? Connect that instead — both work, side by side.
None of this is a software problem yet. It is a person, a phone, and an afternoon.
You carry on billing exactly as you do now. The message goes out on its own, from your own business number, the moment the invoice is made.
The PDF goes as a proper file, not a link — so it is still there in the chat next month when they look for it.
Pull the overdue list, send each person their own reminder with their own name and amount. Ten minutes, not a day.
Upload a list or pull it from your CRM. Every message is personalised, and they go out at a pace WhatsApp is comfortable with.
Messages come from the number your customers already have saved, so replies land where you would expect them.
Busy, Tally add-ons, your CRM — anything that can call a web address. Usually one setting to change.
Automatically, from then on, including halfway through a campaign that is already running.
Most businesses start with their own number because it takes two minutes. Move to the official channel when volume or peace of mind makes it worth the cost.
| Your own number | Official (Meta) | |
|---|---|---|
| Getting started | Scan a QR code. Two minutes. | A Meta Business account and a verified number. |
| What you can send | Anything you type. | Templates Meta has approved, unless the customer messaged you in the last 24 hours. |
| Cost | Nothing per message. | Meta charges per message. |
| Speed | Deliberately unhurried. | Fast. |
| Risk | WhatsApp can suspend a number that behaves badly. | Not suspended this way. |
You do not have to choose once and for all. Keep both connected and pick per campaign — bills on your own number, a big festival offer on the official one.
Most tools let you send as fast as you like and leave the consequences to you. These are not settings you can turn off, and that is the point.
Not a fixed interval. A message exactly every twenty seconds for an hour is a machine, and it reads like one.
A daily limit on its own still allows a whole day's messages in ten minutes — which is exactly the shape that gets noticed.
A number connected yesterday that sends five hundred messages today is the clearest possible warning sign. New numbers go gently until they have some history.
A run of failures, or a list that turns out to be mostly wrong numbers, and the campaign halts and tells you why — instead of working through to the end and taking the number with it.
Scan a QR code from your dashboard, exactly like WhatsApp Web. No new SIM, no second phone.
Copy one web address and one key into Busy, Tally or your CRM. Usually a single settings screen.
Bill the way you always have. The WhatsApp message goes out by itself.
Sent, delivered, failed, opted out — for every message and every campaign, on one screen.
It can happen — to anybody using WhatsApp for business messaging, with any tool. What gets numbers banned is volume, speed and complaints. We slow sending down, cap it per hour, ease new numbers in and stop a campaign that starts failing. What we cannot do is protect a number being used to message people who never asked to hear from you. If that is the plan, use the official Meta channel, where the rules are Meta's and enforced up front.
No. Your existing business number is connected the same way WhatsApp Web connects — as a linked device. Your phone keeps working normally, and you can see and remove the link from your phone at any time.
Yes. Busy sends WhatsApp by calling a web address, and we answer in exactly the format it expects — the same one BotMasterSender uses. If you are on BotMasterSender today, it is one line in the Busy SMS Configuration screen. Your dashboard shows the finished address with your own details already filled in, ready to copy.
Yes. Attach the file and it arrives as a document in the chat, with your message as the caption. Customers can open it months later without hunting for a link that has expired.
They reply STOP. That number is added to your do-not-message list immediately, they get one message confirming it, and no campaign will reach them again — including one already running at that moment. You can also add numbers to that list by hand for anybody who asks you in person.
Each business has its own account, its own login and its own contact lists, and cannot see any other account. We do not keep your conversations: replies are read only to spot somebody asking to stop, and the message itself is then discarded.
Talk to us — it depends on how many messages you send and whether you use your own number or Meta's official channel, where Meta bills per message on top. There is no charge per message on your own number.
Create an account, scan the QR code with the phone that already has your business WhatsApp on it, and send yourself an invoice. It takes about five minutes and costs nothing — messages to your own number are always free.
